1. Pricing & Pre‑Order Deposit

• Balance Payment Start: May 7 at 00:00 PDT

• Notification: You will receive an email when the balance‑payment window opens.

Note: All deposits are non‑refundable unless the product cannot be delivered due to a severe manufacturing defect. By paying the deposit, you agree to these Pre‑Sale Terms. 

2. Pre-order Deposit & Return Policy

• Non‑Refundable: Deposits are non‑refundable under normal circumstances.

Deposit & Cancellation Fees

• As the X2 series is a high-value product, your deposit has been allocated for dedicated inventory preparation.

• If you cancel your order after the official product launch, a 30% cancellation fee (of the total order value) will be charged due to inventory and procurement costs (the deposit may be partially credited toward this fee).  

Return Conditions

• Unopened Products: Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, but you must cover all round-trip shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes.

• Opened Products:

  • No returns or exchanges accepted unless there is a quality defect.

  • If returned for non-quality reasons (e.g., personal preference), a 60% restocking fee (of the order value) will apply due to diminished resale value.

Quality Issue Resolution

• If you receive a defective product, you must provide photo/video evidence within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a full refund or replacement (including return shipping costs).

Important Notes

• Returned items must be in original condition (undamaged packaging, all accessories included), or they may be rejected or subject to additional fees.

3. Deposit Discount Mechanism

• Price Reverts on Launch: Once the product officially launches, its price returns to the standard MSRP.

• Email Discount Code: At the start of the balance‑payment period, we will email you a discount code equal to your deposit offset.

• Automatic Deduction at Checkout: Enter the code during checkout and the system will automatically deduct the discount amount.

4. Survey Discount

• $30 Survey Voucher: Participants in our pre‑launch survey will receive a $30 discount code by email on launch day.

• Use & Validity: Same rules as the deposit discount code.

5. No Stacking of Discounts

• Highest Discount Only: At checkout, only the single highest‑value discount code may be applied; deposit and survey codes cannot be combined.

6. Additional Notes

• Priority Shipping: Orders with a prepaid deposit will be shipped before standard orders.

• Final Interpretation: GMKtec reserves the right of final interpretation of these Pre‑Sale Terms.
