Modification instructions:
1. Modify the video memory under BIOS
2. Virtualization function
3. The 64G/128G configuration is compatible with mutual flashing
4. Increase the maximum video memory to 96G, with a default of 64G
5. Add a fan adjustment menu

☛The second point may be a problem with the network you are using. Google Drive is a cloud-based storage service. You need to ensure that the network connection is correct and stable to download files from Google Drive normally.

Besides, the browser is not updated to the latest version, wrong recognition of antivirus software, and damaged databases may also cause the Google Drive won't download files problem. 

Another Fix: Tested. Download on another PC, another place. (Ask your friends/colleagues to download the file for you)

How to fix the download quota exceeded in Google Drive?

1. Folder Share Type

Right-click the file you want to download and choose “Make a copy”. Please ensure that your Google Drive has enough storage space.

Go to the “My Drive” tab, right-click the copied file and click “Download”.

Then, click “Download Anyway”.

Now, you can start downloading the copied file.
