Warranty & Returns & Refund

GMK offers support via email ( support@gmktec.com ) for consultations and after-sales support and a 1-year warranty on its products, with free repair during that period. You would have to send the device to the designated location and bear the shipping costs, GMK will repair it and return it free of shipping costs. After the warranty period, the repair costs will run from your account.
GMK warrants the original purchaser that your GMK product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the period aforementioned. GMK does not warrant the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free. GMK is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the product's usage.

If a hardware defect is found and a valid claim is received by GMK within the Limited Warranty Period, GMK will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, either

(1) repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or,

(2)replace the product with a new or refurbished product.

In the event of a defect, to the extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies. Shipping and handling charges may apply except where prohibited by applicable law. This Limited Warranty is valid only in the jurisdictions where the products are sold by authorized Marketplace sellers and is valid to the extent permitted by the applicable laws of such jurisdictions. Any replacement hardware product or parts will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer, or for any additional period of time that may be applicable in your jurisdiction.

A Warranty Service Order must be requested from GMK within Limited Warranty Period from the date of receipt of shipment. To request a Warranty Service Order, contact GMK Service Team support@gmktec.com. To obtain warranty service, you must deliver the product, in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection, to the address specified by GMK. In accordance with applicable law, GMK may require the customer to furnish proof of purchase details and/or comply with registration requirements before receiving warranty service. It is your responsibility to backup any data, software, or other materials you may have stored or preserved on the product. It is likely that such data, software, or other materials will be lost or reformatted during service, and GMK will not be responsible for any such damage or loss.

This Limited Warranty applies only to the product manufactured by or for GMK, that can be identified by the "GMK" trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to it, and purchased from GMK authorized Marketplace sellers. The Limited Warranty does not apply to any
  • (a) Damage due to acts of nature, for example, lightning strikes, tornadoes and the like;
  • (b) Negligence, human-factor damage, tear down and try to repair the device without contacting our support center;
  • (c) Commercial use;
  • (d) Modifications to any part of the Product;
  • (e) Damage caused by use of non-GMK products;
  • (f) Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes;
  • (g) Damage caused by operating the Product outside the permitted or intended uses described by GMK or with improper voltage or power supply;
  • or (h) Damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of GMK.
Recovery and reinstallation of software programs and user data are not covered under this Limited Warranty. No GMK reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this Limited Warranty. If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, all implied warranties (including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) shall be limited in duration to the duration of this limited warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, GMK shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even when GMK has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Return Policy & Instructions

Hassle-free 7-Day Return Policy

We offer a hassle-free 7-Day Return Policy. You have 7 days to return an item from the date that you received it. (confirmed by Shipping Tracking record), subject to the conditions and exclusions below. Products purchased from GMK authorized Marketplace sellers are subjected to the authorized Marketplace sellers’ return policy. Therefore, customers may contact the sellers for return requests.

If your original item included free items, accessories like the sleeve case, carry bag, chargers and etc., since these products doesn't contain re-sell value, thus the retail value of any free items will be deducted from your reimbursement total.

1. Contact the support team for a return

You may contact us by email (support@gmktec.com) or via Live Chat.

2. Pack Your Item Properly

Place your item back into the original manufacturer's packaging. Then place it and your invoice into an outer shipping box. Be sure to pack it properly so your item won't get damaged.

3. Ship Your Item with Return Label

Securely affix your return label to the outside of the shipping package. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you ship via an insured shipping service with a valid tracking number that can be tracked throughout the entire process. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

Eligibility Conditions

Please read the conditions below. If all conditions are not met, GMK reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, accompanying free items and accessories. The retail value of any free items you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total. GMK can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.  

Non-returnable Items

  • Electronic software downloads
  • Any devices built or modified by GMK to customer specifications
  • Select special-order merchandise, or any item indicated on the website as nonreturnable
  • Underwater equipment that has been submerged

Defective or Damaged Items

Defective items may be repaired, exchanged, or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model. 


Please allow 3-5 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.


In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. (NOTE: This doesn't include the cases where customers bought our devices knowing the fact that there's no compatibility)


Return Policy After 7 Days  Of Receiving

We offer free shipping, when you return, a certain amount of $35 shipping cost will be deducted when we handle your refund. 

Only return for changes of models will be accepted, not return/refund the unit after 15 days.

We encourage you to think clearly before purchasing if a refund was asked after placing the order, since the PayPal fees have been charged, the PayPal fees will be deducted from the amount when we handle the refund on your behalf, only when it's before the shipment, hope that's understandable.


Limited Liability

GMK is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. GMK is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. Also, claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.


If the product has been shipped, the customer cannot cancel the order unless the customer pays for the cost of sending the package back.
Individual areas may require customers to work with customs clearance, otherwise the goods will be returned or destroyed due to being overdue, and incur high costs. Please note that if you do not handle customs clearance, our company will not take any responsibility or bear the cost.
