This thing came fast! I ordered it only two weeks ago and came quickly. Also came with a free usb c charger and got a 10$ discount with a code.
I had an issue with the Realtek 2.5GBps NIC, but it was because older Linux Builds don’t have the driver bundled. Once I installed the driver all was well, I think newer Linux builds have it bundled.
Only three minor easy fixes, the m.2 should come with thermal pads and since you can easily open the lid, maybe attaching some thick pads to the back of the lid where the m.2s should be? I think you should ship the pads with the mini PC.
Second minor issue is the heat of the Realtek NIC. It hits about 79 degree which is fine, but something to help dissipation maybe some thermal pads or tiny heatsinks could help?
Third issue is I think that the mini PC bios should ship with Performance mode on by default.
Overall, I am very happy with this miniPC and would highly recommend it. 3500U processor is showing its age, but for what it is performs swimmingly, and including a 2.5GBps NIC and dual m.2 slots is quite impressive! Unboxing experience was very nice, and premium. Everything was packaged nicely and clean.
The aesthetics of the miniPC is beautiful, the pictures on this listing don’t do it justice, it’s absolutely gorgeous and sleek looking. I’ve bought BeeLink, BMax, and minis forum, and Asus mini PCs in the past, and this by far is the best value, and easiest to open. No screws!
It's OK which is what I wanted for a second PC. I had a stick of Ram and a SSD so I figured I would buy a cheap mini PC to try out different operating systems. System is responsive enough for Linux Mint. Actually my only issue was with shipping as it shipped from China and seemed to have become misdirected once in the US. Not sure I would order directly from China next time. Otherwise have no issues with the port selection, or getting a OS installed. It's an older mobile AMD APU so I kept my expectations lower. I would recommend to anyone with basic needs that is maybe willing to install a less resource heavy OS like Linux Mint.
I am very happy with this product! It works great so far and I have no complaints other than wishing the stainless steel paint job was a bit shinier, just for aesthetic appeal. But it runs just fine for what I need.

Taking it on holiday
As usual fast delivery. Item in good shape and working as expected. Of course this PC is really low end with 16gb ram and 500gb SSD (for current standards, running ram and SSD hungry win11). But you get what you ask for and that is ok.

Amazing value. Ordered a barebones unit, put 32GB DDR4, and 2x 1TB m.2 SSDs I had laying around. Running as a proxmox node with about a dozen lxcs.
Order barebones if you can and have spare parts laying around, as RAM and Storage costs are over inflated!
