IFA 2026 Recap: GMKtec EVO‑X5 Pro Draws Unprecedented Global Attention

Berlin, Sep 2026 — IFA Berlin has officially concluded. As a Chinese‑based global AI‑hardware brand, GMKtec debuted its flagship EVO‑X5 Pro, co‑launched together with AMD, marking the product’s first‑ever global public unveiling. The launch showcased the robust engineering capability of Chinese‑made tech and quickly positioned GMKtec as one of the most‑watched Chinese innovators at this year’s show.

Our booth saw steady high traffic throughout the exhibition. Over the first two days, we welcomed industry partners, international media, developers and tech‑enthusiast visitors. Attendees got hands‑on experience with the next‑generation Agentic‑PC and its powerful on‑device AI performance. Our booth remained busy with consultations, product trials and technical discussions until the closing day.

After exhibition hours on September 6, our team securely stored remaining EVO‑X5 Pro engineering samples and other flagship demo units inside locked booth storage cabinets. When staff returned to the booth on September 7, we discovered the cabinets had been broken into and all stored demo units were stolen.

It is worth noting that EVO‑X5 Pro was officially unveiled in a strategic joint‑launch session with AMD senior leadership at IFA. The unit has already earned two Best‑of‑IFA innovation awards from respected European tech media, a strong recognition of its innovation from international authorities.

Powered by the AMD Ryzen™ AI Max+ PRO 495 platform, EVO‑X5 Pro includes enterprise‑grade security features such as DADH and dTPM‑enabled hardware‑level protection, forming a reliable security foundation for corporate deployment. Further technical training on enterprise‑specific functions will be arranged by our engineering team later.
