To provide you with a more reliable service and reduce delivery issues, we’ve recently upgraded our logistics partner. Your order will now ship via air freight for the first leg and be delivered by FedEx/DHL in the final stage.
Please note that during the air freight stage (from our China warehouse to U.S. customs), tracking updates may not appear. Once your package is handed over to FedEx/DHL in the U.S., you will be able to see full tracking details.
Our IT team is currently working on integrating the first-leg tracking into 17TRACK, and we expect this improvement to go live in early September.
